My braid-out on natural hair with Cantu® Shea Butter for Natural Hair Coconut Curling Creme

It's Monday morning and I'm very happy with my braid-out which wasn't even fully dry when I left the house this morning - which is why my curls aren't more defined. I used the Cantu® Shea Butter for Natural Hair Coconut Curling Cream and so far, I'm loving it... but I will hold on a verdict till I insert the picture at the end of the day which will follow at the bottom of this blog post.

I am SO HAPPY that Cantu® contacted me to review their new line of products specifically for natural hair. Keep reading to see my full review of this product. It has become an absolute necessity in my arsenal of products for my natural hair. 

PRO – My hair is soft and doesn't feel heavy or oily even though I used quite a bit of this product and I have no buildup even after several days of use.
CON –  I cannot use this product for a wash n' go. It doesn't weight down my type 4 kinky hair enough... but that's OK since it leaves my hair very light and build-up free.

PRO – My hair is super-duper defined! I have never gotten results like these with a product. My plaits didn't even fully dry before I unravelled them and I still got good definition (despite a lot of shrinkage).

CON – The Coconut Curling Cream made my hair take forever to dry. After 12 hours, my hair was still very damp. I had to put a diffuser to it in the morning and still left with it damp to head to work.

PRO – This Cantu® product can be used on wet or dry hair so I don't have to wet my hair at night to set it (plait/twist it) for the next day's braid-out or twist-out.
PRO –  A little really does go a long way. I have many more uses in this bottle... except I'm probably going to use it everyday so I dunno. LOL.

CON – Sorry, I'm all out of cons. I love this thing soooo much!

Instructions
Smooth onto damp hair section by section from the root down the hair shaft. Do not rinse out. Can be used on dry hair to enhance curls. (This product can be used for twists/plaits and twist or braid-outs.)
