Day 5 - FridayThis was a good day... well, in terms of exercise anyway. I had a very good jump-rope workout. The diet. Ugh. I didn't feel for breakfast so I didn't eat till lunch. We got free sweet and unhealthy chinese food from work and then I went by a relative who has some sinfully sweet chocolate cake. Sigh. I had a small slice. So yeah. At least I probably worked off all the extra calories but it's not just about calories for me so today was a fail.
Day 6 - SaturdayThis day wasn't so bad. I still managed a really good workout. Whew! I tell you, like I tweeted, that jump rope workout is the truth - even though I just pretended that a jump rope was in hand. Diet was decent I must say... but the fool in me went and baked a cake. I don't know what I was thinking. I had once slice that evening.
Day 7 - SundayOh my Lord what a fail. I had cake for breakfast. Yes. What am I? Am I 7 years old? Which grown adult has CAKE for breakfast. Sigh. I should slap myself. I had a decent lunch but then I snacked on cake again in the night. It was burnt on the sides anyway so I'm throwing it in the BIN tomorrow. Sigh.
Like I've said before - I just can't keep junk food in the house. I haven't learnt how to control the cravings just yet. I must say that I do congratulate myself on staying away from sugar in my tea. I made fresh mind tea from the garden and even stored some for iced tea in the morning. But ultimately, the diet for today was another fail.
For exercise. I did the minimum 10 minutes but that's OK since I had a massive migraine attack for half of the day. Gotta be realistic, right?
The Diet Plan for Week 2This week WILL see me being at LEAST 50% raw. That's the main effort and I WILL achieve it.
The Insane Fitness Plan for Week 2
I am afraid to even say this because you have to be crazy to do this thing. Since it's raining, this is the perfect time to start Beachbody Insanity for the next 60 days! Let's see how it goes. I hope I get results from this thing cause Shaun T is INSANE. Got my cross-trainers ready. On the "off days" for Insanity, I will do my 10 minute jump rope workout.
